Modern dance is a dance form developed in the early 20th century. Although the term Modern dances has also been applied to a category of 20th Century ballroom dances, Modern dance as a term usually refers to 20th century concert dance.

Great routine @ Goodphil 2007 University of Houston Modern Dance. This is one of my favorites and you can flow with the entire dance. I like the different styles that are blended in which really makes this modern dance one to watch. Houston is representing Texas again.

NSU Modern is bringing it to you. Dance dance dance is what it's all about. Moving to the beat and expressing your feelings through dance has never been the same. Modern dance moves are all you see on the tube these days. I've seen a lot of dance routines that I think are hot and I'll post the ones I like here.
